Q: What if I want to arrive early or stay longer than the table is scheduled for?

A: We request that you and your guests arrive 30 minutes early. Keep in mind that if your party is at 10 am on Saturday or 11 am on Sunday, we DO NOT OPEN UNTIL THEN. For other times, you are more than welcome as early as you like, or stay after the scheduled table time is over.  However, you will need to relocate the party to the general snack bar area in order to accommodate guests who have reserved the time frame after yours.

Q: Is there a cost or charge for adults/parents to attend the party?

A: There is no charge for these guests, unless you choose to purchase food/drinks for them or if they choose to skate.  If you will be doing so, you can order these items on the day of the party, or the adults/parents can pay for themselves to skate when the arrive.

Q: What happens if my guest count changes?

A: We cannot guarantee that we can increase your seating once a reservation has been made.  Therefore, if you think more guests will come, please contact us (with a firm number) as soon as possible, so that we may add seats/tables if they are available.

Q: What kind of decorations do you have and/or can I bring my own?

A: We offer a basic table setting usually a generic party design.  You are more than welcome to bring in your own if you would like something different.  However, we ask that you do not bring in items that will hang off the ceiling.

Q: Does Cheap Skate supply/offer a cake?

A: We do supply an 8" square marble cake the is decorated with our logo and says "Happy Birthday".  You may bring in your own store purchased cake, cupcakes or frozen cakes if you like (with a booked birthday party).  Keep in mind that you will need to supply your own knife, spatula and candles if you bring in your own.

A: For safety reasons, we do not allow them at Cheap Skate.

A: Only a store purchased cake is allowed - no other outside food or drink.

Q: When do I pay?

A: Payment is made when you arrive with cash or credit card then at the end of your party the remaining balance is paid.
